Gas Boiler Service £65
TP&HSL offer you the opportunity to book your service on the calendar on the website. Once your on our system we will aleviate the worry from you & send out a reminder email each year 1 month prior to your service due date.
Gas Boiler Repair
The life of a boiler is very often wrongly portrayed. Repairs to most boilers are easily acheivable and parts are usually available next day when ordered before 3pm.
Gas Safe Certficates (cp12) £65
LL's be aware!! The chances are your agent adds a fee to introduce a qualified engineer to your property to complete your CP12. TP&HSL has vast experience & will save you £££££, will send a reminder by email 1 month prior to the renewel, and will make contact with the householder to arrange the necessary access.
Gas Central Heating Installs from £2350
We will complete all domestic heating installations to suit the needs of our client. We will complete a full site survey and will leave you completely informed so that you have the system how you want it.
Gas Boiler Replacements from £1875
It is very often only necessary to replace your boiler and not your entuire installation. TP&HSL will complete a full site survey and will ensure that the installation is prepared for a new boiler.

Gas Fire Safety check £65
Part of the CP12 will be to check any gas fire. TP&HSL will, upon instruction, provide a safety check to both Radient & ILFE gas fires
Power Flushing from £300
Before you need a Power Flush you need a full survey. TP&HSL will not Power Flush a system for the sake of it so rest assured you will be fully informed.
Emergency call out MIN charge of £64 covers 1st hour, travel included.
We carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs from a tap washer to a burst pipe or component failure on your installation. It is always advantageous if you leave a message to give as much information as possible & include photos where possible.
Bathroom Install

Legionella Risk Assessments £85
Full Legionella Risk Asessment offording you piece of mind that your home has every precaution to prevent Legionella. Currently this is an advisary for ALL commercial installations to include LET properties. We advise any LL to have the check completed.
Agents are kindly reminded that ALL commission charges MUST be added to the all TP&HSL service charges and detailed within your work request to avoid any disputes.
